Manifesting A Boyfriend?

i am 17 and trying to manifest the perfect boyfriend. I made a list of all the perfect qualities he would have a few weeks ago(it's a long one). I read on a website that someone manifested a girlfriend who looked exactly like a celebrity. So if I included "must look like.." and then a celebrity's name, would that work? Or is that too specific?
