LOA Frustration

In a nutshell, when I use all of the steps... for MONTHS nothing happens. Then when I throw my hands up in disgust and question these BIBLICAL methods.... within DAYS, I get what I want. Now please tell me WHY it seems to always take tons of effort, keeping myself positive, detaching, with no result, but when I give up, I'm all of a sudden heard?
